Add to that the amazing Sarah Barry from M.S.Walker and her incredible knowledge of the global wines she has chosen to pair with chef’s menu.
Plus SPECIAL GUEST Drew Locke from Hillside Poultry Farm in Truro will share his story and commitments to the health of our community, our land, and our birds.

This seated six course dinner will showcase the season’s harvest and celebrate autumnal fare. No Cape Cod harvest would be complete without featuring the bounty from both land and sea.
All six courses are described in the attached menu along with the wines being poured.
Special guest Theodore Ladd from Boston Wine Co. will be sharing insight on the wines carefully paired with each course.
